RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Within 30 Days of Purchase:

  • Free replacement with free shipping for any kind of damage or defect.

After 30 Days of Purchase:

  • Free replacement + $6.95 shipping and handling for any kind of damage or defect.

 

EXCHANGES

Within 30 Days:

  • Free exchange, with a $6.95 shipping fee for a different size or color.

After 30 Days:

  • No exchanges on size or color.

 

REFUNDS

Within 30 Days:

  • Hassle-free return. We reimburse your shipping cost (up to $7.50 with store credit).

  • Refunds are processed upon receipt of the item and review of the case.

After 30 Days:

  • No refunds on items after 30 days of purchase.

 

CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process outlined above.
